ARTIST GUIDELINES (READ FIRST)

PLAESE READ THIS FIRST IF YOU WANT TO DO COMMISSIONS FOR ME.

(NOTE: ALL CONTRACTS CAN BE MODIFIED BY MR. TAFFY AND THE ARTISTS)

Guidelines for artists:

1.  Must read and sign contract before doing projects.  ALL artists must be OVER 21 years of age.

2. All required information must be completed in full: Name and a valid e-mail address .  All contracts are deemed CONFIDENTIAL and will not go beyond the parties involved.

3.  Payments will be made in bi-monthly installments or more depending on the commission.

4. English is PRIMARY language used in contracts.  If English is the artist's second language.  Then reasonable accommodations will be made for the artist (i.e. Contract translated into other language, but official contract is in ENGLISH).

5.  All characters provided are copyrighted by Mr. Taffy's Boxing Paradise Gym.  Said work will be based on a "Work for Hire" contract.  All art work will be the property of Mr. Taffy's Boxing Paradise Gym.  The artist can display the finished work in low resolution (less than 100 dpi) and must contain watermarks approved by Mr. Taffy's Boxing Paradise Gym.  Artist must be in communication via e-mail at least once a month or more depending on the commission.

6.  All payments will be made electronically using e-commerce web sites approved by Mr. Taffy's Boxing Paradise Gym.

7.  Violation of contract or copyright will be subjugated under International Copyright Law.
